NASA Climate Adaptation Science Investigators (CASI) developed climate projections for NASA Centers and their regions using data from NASA Earth Exchange Global Daily Downscaled Projections (NEX GDDP CMIP6). CASI Workgroups have created climate data products to support adaptation to current and future impacts, including Temperature and Precipitation, Extreme Weather Events, Sea Level Rise and Coastal Flooding, Fires and Air Quality, Energy, and Water. Data are currently available for 13 NASA Centers and the surrounding regions (approximately 15 miles around each NASA Center as shown by the green box after selecting a center) from 2015 to 2100.

To get started, select a NASA Center in the dropdown menu below or click anywhere on the map to access the data at the closest NASA Center.

The Visualize tool allows for the display of web map data layers from POWER project’s geospatial data services. Providing the capability to conduct comparative analysis between different data parameters and additional integrated tools like pixel filtering and map location identify. The POWER geospatial data services are hosted in partnership with the Registry of Open Data on AWS (RODA) and NASA Earthdata GIS (EGIS).
